Move-In and Week of Welcome

Move-in for NEW CSC students begins Thursday, August 16th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. MDT.

Move-In and Week of Welcome is a very exciting time at CSC. We look forward to having you officially join the Eagle Family as you make CSC your new home. Detailed information about Move-In was mailed to you. If you did not receive a mailed packet, check your EagleMail for details.

If you did not receive Move-In information via EagleMail, please email so we can check on the status of your registration.

PLEASE NOTE: Doors will not open prior to 11:00 a.m. MDT on Thursday, August 16th and you can arrive anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. MDT. We provide a lot of help, so many students are moved into their rooms in about an hour. This gives you plenty of time to be checked-in and moved-in before 2:00 p.m. when official programming begins.

Guest Registration Information

We are pleased your student will be attending CSC and joining the Eagle Family this fall. As a parent/guest you are encouraged to attend our Move-In events with your student.

Each student is assessed a $100 fee to their Fall bill, which covers the cost of the New Eagle Registration & Orientation and Move-In events for your student and two (2) guests. Students who registered additional guests are charged $50 for each additional guest over the age of twelve (12).

Students had the opportunity to register guests for these events when completing the Ready to Register form. We are no longer accepting guest changes or cancellations. Guest changes will be handled at check-in. There are no refunds for guest cancellations or no-shows at this time.

Both the Orientation fee and fees for additional guests are flat-rate fees. Fees cannot and will not be prorated if students, parents and/or guests choose not to attend any portion of the event. There will be no refund for guest cancellations submitted after August 1, 2018.
