Academic Advising

START provides general academic advising and registration services to help you get started at CSC. Make sure to check out our Ready to Register page for more information about enrolling at CSC. Once enrolled and your first semester begins, a faculty advisor is assigned.

You should contact your faculty advisor for assistance with academic advising and guidance at least once a semester. CSC hosts Advising Month in October and February to encourage this interaction. Once you have met with your faculty advisor, you may enroll yourself in courses via MyCSC or contact the START team for registration assistance.

To view the name and contact information for your faculty advisor, go to your MyCSC Home Page.

Located next door to the START Office (in Crites 112) is staffed periodically by faculty advisors from various degree programs. You are encouraged to drop in for a visit, if you have questions! Advising Center Schedule: FALL 2017
